Love & Water Photography

Adam and Shawn Ravazzano, husband and wife, started Love & Water in Wailea in 2014 as a two-person operation, and it has grown into a small team covering South and West Maui, Oahu and the Big Island. Adam is the lead photographer and a lifelong waterman, the sort who spends his free time body-surfing, while Shawn, a mom of three, does the editing in-house and handles everything on the client side. They take the name literally, with sessions on the sand and, if you're up for it, in the water. They'll pose you, and they're good at it. After hundreds of proposals they have their tricks. Hiding is hard at sunrise, when you have the beach to yourselves, so for one sunrise proposal Adam planted a stick in the sand and told the proposer the night before to walk to it. That put the couple exactly in his line of sight, and nobody thought to ask about a stick. Book a sunset session and tell them what it's really for.
