On March 14, 2008, Tom and I were planning to do a Disneyland date. So when we got there we got our new season passes and the nice lady gave me a button that read "Happy Birthday Liz from Where Dreams Come True."

In the spring of 08 I gave up looking for a good guy. It seemed like every time I started to like a guy, something always went wrong.
My birthday fell on a Monday this year and being a high school teacher, there was no opportunity to celebrate that day having to wake up early the following morning.
I met my fiance under a Blacktree. We talked for months and fell in love. We decided to adopt a penguin. Then I asked Ines to marry me because I loved her so much and our penguin needed parents.
Chris and I were asked to attend a friends band at a fine restruant. We been having problems for the last couple of months so this was our first night out for a while.
"Our place" is Morton Arboretum. We go there every season several times a year for picnics, hikes, taking in the fall colors, playing in the snow, etc.
I spent about a week devising a plan for it all. After crunching some numbers, I went to the store and bought the ring. And then, I just sat in my car.
I knew (without question) that I had found my soulmate, my other half, my true love. But I NEVER, I mean NEVER, would have thought it would happen like this. . . .
It all started on a royal caribbean cruise.. 2 week long cruise all around beautiful oceans from puerto rico.. to jamaica.. to st marteen!! so many more islands..
Spencer and I got engaged on October 26, 2007. He was so nervous but excited (at the same time) when he was about to propose to me.
