The Parisian Photographers have shot English-speaking couple, family, and proposal sessions in Paris since 2014, and they let you choose how the proposal is captured. For the total surprise, the photographer is already in position, just another person with a camera in a city full of them, so she has no idea until the ring is out. Prefer something calmer? You tell her you booked a romantic photo session and the shoot is planned around the camera instead. They work off prompts and real reactions rather than stiff posing, and you can add a videographer to film the moment. Sessions start at €160 for a 30-minute mini, and one of their Montmartre proposals was featured on HowTheyAsked.
