Paris by Emy is run by Emelyne Bonnes, a licensed Paris guide and official partner of Paris Je t'aime. She plans a proposal the way she plans her private tours, built around the couple rather than a template. She skips the cliché rooftop and calls the approach no bling bling. The base runs €800 and covers storyboarding, a location, small MARRY ME letters and candles, and on-site coordination on the day. From there she adds a photographer from €250, a videographer from €400, a musician from €250, or a private Seine cruise from €450, and will help with luxury ring shopping from €750. Roses and Moët each start at €100, and she works in English and French with a mostly American clientele.
