Michele and Marvin Velazquez met working the same office job in 2005, and when Marvin proposed in 2010 there was no real help out there for planning one. So they built The Heart Bandits. More than 10,000 proposals later, the two of them still work on every one themselves. Michele left the Air Force and a corporate career to build it. Marvin has engineering degrees from MIT and Penn State and likes a proposal to be technically ambitious. He also invented Ring Stash, a slim ring box for keeping the ring hidden until the moment.
