Dreamy Events by Ev builds proposal setups in Las Vegas and in Monterey County, California. You choose a package and a spot, and their team sets it up there. The smallest is a picnic for two, with real plates, crystal glassware, candles, a mini Marry Me sign and a goodie basket that includes a blanket and hand warmers. The others are built around a heart arch or a half-moon of seven flower arrangements, with a runner and candles, an LED Will You Marry Me sign, a speaker playing your playlist, champagne and a dozen roses.
The higher tiers add cold spark machines and fresh petals, then three-foot Marry Me marquee letters, a 50-rose bouquet and a dozen custom cookies, which need a month's notice. Permit and venue fees depend on where you propose. For something quieter than an arch, start with the picnic, which is also the least expensive. Hotel rooms and Airbnbs are covered too, with rose petals, candles and balloons.
