How can I ask her?

I had a happy marriage for many years, but that ended 7 years ago when my wife left me for another woman, I was shocked, in fact the whole family was. Time passed and eventually I started dating again.

Two years ago I met a woman, the attraction was not strong, but we worked together and after a year we finally moved in together, after both having been hurt, she's a divorcee too. I would like to think I could ask her to marry me.

I think she'd say yes, but the way I ask has got to be right. Does anyone know of a romatic restaurant for 2? - I don't want to do it publically where she will feel she has to say yes but want the setting right?
